CONDITION OF RETURN POLICY

deepfaith.co accept return for exchange of defective or incorrect item. Condition of return due to item defect or any mistake from deepfaith.co side such as wrong size, design or quantity received.
Return for exchange must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

Only deepfaith.co original product eligible for return and exchange limited to availability of stock at the time.

No return for defected Merchendise and Freegift item.

To exchange, all pproduct must be returned in the original selling condition with all their accompanying items such as tags, documents, wrappings and packagings.

deepfaith.co not eligible to refund on Shipping charge. Only product price allowed for refund. Shipping charge is non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

First of all, notify us by contacting our team sales, or deepfaith.co Headquater directly and provide us with your order number, proof of postage such as tracking number and attach a photo showing the issue. If we believe the issue only minor defect, deepfaith.co advise on how the issue can be resolved via online.

Please allow deepfaith.co 14 working days to process your return after we receive the items. deepfaith.co can only process on sending you new item after we receive the return product and satisfy with the condition.

deepfaith.co will not responsible for lost of returns. You are advise to use trusted courier or delivery.

Please wrap items appropriately to avoid damage to products or boxes. if we received damaged item we can no longer accept the return. You may send postage receipt to us for claim purpose.
